School Hours: Monday 9AM-3:25PM, Tuesday-Friday 8AM-3:25PM

Morning Drop-Off: 

• Kindergarten-1st Grade (and any siblings in the family): MUST park in the front parking lot and enter through the front doors. Parents MUST park and walk their little ones to the front sidewalk. There is NOT a moving drop off zone.
  • Parents should NEVER park or stop in the bus lane!
• Grades 2-5: Cars should drive to the back of the building, using our car lane/loop to the north end of the building.
  • Our car loop will be a single-file, pull-forward lane. Once cars have unloaded, they are free to move out and around the car in front of them. “Airport loading zone style”
• Bike racks are located next to each Learning Hub entrance. One additional rack is located at the front of the building.
• Walkers may enter the front entrance and head to their classroom or walk to the Learning Hub entrances.
• At 8:05AM the back entrance will be locked and students will need to be driven to the front of the building.

Day Visit or Day Appointments: 

• Parents can call Stone Creek in advance so that the child is in the office and ready.
• Parents should park in the front lot and come to the main office doors.
• Guests should always bring their ID for our SafeVisitor program.

Afternoon Pick-Up:

• STUDENTS NEED TO KNOW THEIR AFTER SCHOOL PLANS BEFORE SCHOOL. ANY CHANGES MUST BE CALLED INTO THE OFFICE NO LATER THAN 2:30PM! 
  • Call the office at 788-8555. 
     
• At the end of the day students will move to various dismissal locations in the building.
  • Latchkey Students: Checked in with staff in our school gym
  • Walkers/Bikers: Dismissed from the learning hubs.
  • Car Riders: 
    • Kindergarten-1st Grade (and their siblings): Meeting parents at the front of the building. Parents should park in the front lot and walk to pick up their student(s) from the teacher. There is NOT a moving pick up zone.
      • Parents should NEVER park or stop in the bus lane!
    • Grades 2-5: Cars should drive to the back of the building, using our car lane/loop to the north end of the building.
      • Our car loop will be a single-file, pull-forward lane. Once cars have loaded, they are free to move out and around the car in front of them. “Airport loading zone style”
      • Families will be assigned a Number Tag to place on the passenger side front window. 
      • Circle drive attendees will radio into the hubs the arrival of cars by the tag number.  Student groups will exit the building, load along the curb, and pull out to exit the property. Cars without tags will be delayed.
      • Students will be given bag tags to help remember their number. 
      • Drivers will be expected to pull forward creating more space behind them. Students will be sent to cars throughout the circle. DO NOT STOP AND EXPECT OTHER DRIVERS TO PULL AROUND YOU.

• Plan for your school age kids to unload on the back passenger side. We encourage you to rearrange child seats. Asking students to move out into the circle is NOT safe.
• If your child can not enter and exit your vehicle independently, you need to use the front parking lot to park and assist your child. DO NOT EXIT YOUR VEHICLE IN THE CIRCLE DRIVE!
